Luxury weddings
The one event that cannot be rescheduled and will not be repeated. Everything about the booking follows from that.
Usually drinks reception and the gap between ceremony and dinner, occasionally a short seated set later in the evening.
The couple are rarely the ones managing the supplier, and the person who is has forty other things happening.
The three failures we see most
The performer is treated as a surprise and nobody tells the photographer, the planner or the venue, so three suppliers work against each other.
The timings move — they always move — and nobody tells the entertainment.
The act is booked for the couple's taste rather than the guests', and plays to a room that did not want it.
We ask who is running the day and we deal with them, not with the couple, unless the couple ask otherwise.
We confirm timings at forty-eight hours rather than at booking, because wedding timings at booking are fiction.
Typically €2,500–8,000, with the reception hour the most common brief.
Our fee is separate, flat, set by the brief, and quoted before we build a shortlist — so it does not move with which performer you choose. How it works.

Describe the event. We will recommend two or three performers who fit it, with the reasoning written down — and tell you plainly when the answer is none of them.
- Cocktail hour entertainmentThe hour nobody plans for: guests standing, holding a drink, not yet talking to each other. The highest-value hour to get right.
- Private partiesSmaller rooms, higher expectations, and a host whose standing among their own guests is what is actually at stake.
- Close-up magicPerformed at arm's length, for small groups at a time. The format with the highest ceiling and the narrowest margin for error.
