Private parties
Smaller rooms, higher expectations, and a host whose standing among their own guests is what is actually at stake.
Birthdays, anniversaries and house parties, typically twenty to a hundred and fifty guests.
Often booked through a house manager, family office or private assistant rather than by the host.
The three failures we see most
Discretion. A performer posts a photograph from inside a private home, and it is the last thing they do for that client or anyone connected to them.
The performance is pitched at a public audience in a room of twenty people who all know each other.
We confirm the performer's position on photography and social media in writing, before the shortlist.
We advise on what is appropriate for the room rather than presenting what is available.
Typically €2,000–10,000, with the widest range of any brief we take.
Our fee is separate, flat, set by the brief, and quoted before we build a shortlist — so it does not move with which performer you choose. How it works.

Describe the event. We will recommend two or three performers who fit it, with the reasoning written down — and tell you plainly when the answer is none of them.
- VIP eventsRooms where the guests are the reason the event exists, and where being handled badly is the only real risk.
- Close-up magicPerformed at arm's length, for small groups at a time. The format with the highest ceiling and the narrowest margin for error.
- Luxury weddingsThe one event that cannot be rescheduled and will not be repeated. Everything about the booking follows from that.
