What we record

When you submit a brief: your name, email address, optional telephone number and organisation, and the details of the event — type, date, city, country, guest count, budget band, the atmosphere you described and your stated objective. Where you arrived from a performer profile, that performer is recorded as a stated interest.

When a placement goes ahead: what happened at the event, whether the brief was met, any incidents, and your feedback afterwards — including whether you would rebook.

Why

To answer your brief, to make and record a recommendation we can be held to, and to build the evidence base that MAGIQ’s certification is issued from. The lawful basis is legitimate interest for the recommendation and the record, and contract where a booking goes ahead.

Who sees it

The performers on a shortlist see the event details relevant to their availability and requirements. They do not see your budget band or your contact details until a booking is agreed. Nothing is sold, and nothing is shared for advertising.

Published feedback

Buyer feedback appears on a performer profile only where you have given permission, and always with the attribution you agreed. Permission can be withdrawn at any time and the quote is removed.

How long

Placement records are retained indefinitely, because the certification they support depends on a long record. Briefs that do not result in a booking are retained for three years as demand data, after which the contact details are removed and only the anonymised event details remain.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to management@matteocammisa.com and a named person will answer within one working day.

Analytics

We use a cookieless analytics tool that records no personal data and sets no cookies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
