The cap is a consequence of how assessment works, not a sales device. Every applicant is judged by someone who performs at the level being assessed, and placements must be observed before anyone reaches Verified — which limits how many performers can be taken on in a year however many apply. Applications are reviewed monthly.
What to send
- Verifiable performance history, with real buyers and dates.
- Two contactable buyer references.
- Current public liability insurance.
- Your technical, space and timing requirements.
- Formats, fee bands and territories.
- Live footage with a real audience — not a studio reel. The audience's face is the evidence; your edit is the claim.
Applications without verifiable history, insurance, contactable references or live footage are declined automatically. We assess how you communicate during the application as part of the application, because it is the closest available preview of how you will behave with a buyer.
You will hear back within two weeks, and if the answer is no we will tell you specifically what was missing and what would change it. Most applicants are declined, and how that is done matters in a category this small.

Pictures
One of you, and up to 6 of you working. Pictures with an audience in them are worth more here than a studio portrait — the audience is the evidence. JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 8MB each.
Footage and links
Live footage with a real audience in it, not a studio reel. One link per line — YouTube, Vimeo, Instagram or a private link, whichever is honest about how the work actually lands.
References and cover
Two buyers who booked you and will take a call about it. We do contact them, so tell them to expect it.
