In a market with no memory, every booking starts you from zero. Here each placement accumulates as evidence under your name.
You keep your own work
Non-exclusive. Keep your bookings and any other representation. We protect briefs we originate for 18 months; everything else is yours.
Joining guarantees nothing
Some months there will be no brief that fits you. We match against a specific event, never on seniority or who is owed work.
Nothing here is for sale
No membership, no training, no payment path to placement or to Verified. There never will be.
We assess against five published criteria and most applicants do not pass. They are written out in full before you apply, so you can measure yourself and decide not to yet. That is a fine outcome.
Who should not apply
If being assessed feels like an insult, this is the wrong company — and it is better for both of us to establish that in the first conversation rather than the fifth.
