Recurring programming in front of guests who are themselves the standard. Consistency matters more than any single night.
Residencies and recurring programming in bars, restaurants and event spaces, often weekly or seasonal.
The buyer is protecting a property standard applied consistently, and one weak night undoes six good ones.
The three failures we see most
Consistency. A performer who is excellent in week one is noticeably tired by week nine, and the guest who visits monthly is the one who notices.
They cannot produce paperwork — insurance, right to work, PLI certificates — and procurement stalls the whole booking.
Residencies are the strongest use of our placement record: we can show consistency across multiple observed nights rather than assert it.
We hold current insurance and compliance documentation for every performer before they reach a shortlist.
Residencies are quoted per season rather than per night, and per-night rates fall significantly with commitment.
Our fee is separate, flat, set by the brief, and quoted before we build a shortlist — so it does not move with which performer you choose. How it works.

Describe the event. We will recommend two or three performers who fit it, with the reasoning written down — and tell you plainly when the answer is none of them.
- Walkaround performanceContinuous roaming performance across a long event, where the entertainment is texture rather than a moment.
- Cocktail hour entertainmentThe hour nobody plans for: guests standing, holding a drink, not yet talking to each other. The highest-value hour to get right.
- Cruise entertainmentA captive audience, a fixed theatre, and no possibility of a replacement once the ship has sailed.
